Giving proper treatment to all audio that is to be added to the session given by our clients. sounds will be altered to fit in the mix.
Sound Design
we will create a unique sound that makes your visual feel like it’s happening.
Foley SFX
Adding custom recording sound and high-quality royalty-free stock sound to blend in with the visual is the way we go about adding foley.
Audio Editing – cut out unwanted sounds that are not needed, apply fade In & Out as well as crossfade if needed.
Noise Restoration – cleaning up audio such as reducing background noise in audio such as fan noise, de-hum, de-plosive, de-verb, de-breath, de-noise, de-crackle, etc.
Preparing Customer’s Music – we will treat your music to make it sit well with the audio provided.
Audio Equalizer
Removing the problem and enhancing the right frequency will always make the sound more pleasing to the ears, the correct use of eq have a way of doing so just right.
Dynamic Balancing
between gain-staging, automation, compressor, and limiter – we can ensure your audio will never be too quiet or too loud which is a result of consistent sound always.
Mixing – Adding a professional-grade processor from a highly trained engineer will enhance the quality of the sound you are used to.
Mastering – Our team will provide you with a high-end sound that is up to date with broadcast standards. and also Full ID3 Metadata Tagging.
ID3 tagging
This is a feature that is provided by our Quality Control team making sure we meet all requirements in the sound as well as applying the correct Metadata
Unlimited Revisions – you can request multiple edits in one revision, to make sure our customers are always happy with our service.
This package takes 21 business days to complete.
Requirements
. Video files such as MPEG, MP4, FLV, WMV, MOV, AVI, etc.
. Pro Tools, Nuendo, (OMF/AFF) session if available or the visual with the dialogue
. we reprimand at least 24bit 48Khz WAVE or AIFF audio files or higher

. you will receive up to 3 minutes of sample Foley / Sound Design work edited and pre-master within 5 business days to give you a preview of what to expect from us. Please note that you must approve OUR WORK – before we can continue with the rest of your project and by doing so, you will forfeit your rights to a full return. you will only be able to receive a 50% refund or credit of the total package.
. please note that all partial or full refund files given back to customers are not to be uploaded or use for profit in no way shape or form. by breaching this agreement, you will obtain a financial consequence.

when can you get a refund?
2. if you order and pay for a service – but your project could not be fulfilled because of technical issues.
3. if you order and pay for a service – and any reason, you don’t wish to continue with the package, even after receiving the first 3 minutes of our sample work. please note once you approve us to continue, you will no longer be able for a full refund only a 50% refund or credit. For first-time customers, we only deliver 15 mins maximum for each package.
4. if you order and pay for a service – received the first 3 minutes and approve us to go ahead to finish your project but in the end with to back out for any reason – you will receive a 50% refund or credit of the total package.
when you will not be able to a refund?
1. if you approve our 3 minutes sample work, then give us the go-ahead to complete your project. refund will not be available. you will receive a 50% refund or credit of the total package.
2. if we send you your finished project then you upload or broadcast it – a refund will not be available.
3. if we send you your master file and you didn’t reply within 21 days of completion. We consider it as approval. refund will not be available.
