Proofing – we will provide you with suggestions on any problematic recording if suitable for your audiobook.
Adding Music – Adding background music if required
Mixing Audiobook – Adding EQ & light compression to enhance in quality of each sound in the session as well as applying the correct level to make everything blend nicely in the mix. every audio gets its character process sound in the session. export to a high-quality wave file.
Mastering – Raze the over volume to the perfect level required for Audible & ACX Standards and Full ID3 Metadata Tagging included on all packages
5 FREE Revisions – you can request multiple edits in one revision, to make sure our customers are always happy with our service. A $15 charge will be added for each additional review.
This package takes 5 to 10 business days to complete, depending on the length of work being provided.
Requirements
. You will need to provide a full audio recording of the audiobook you are looking to get work on
. each chapter recording preferred on a separate track
. your recording must be easy to hear very Clare
. we reprimand at least 24bit 48Khz WAVE or AIFF audio files or higher – Mp3 audio files are not reprimanded but can be still used
VERY IMPORTANT – YOU MUST HAVE A RECORDING SAYING WITH THESE 3 THINGS:
1. this is (book title) by (writer name), narrated by (narrated name)
2. chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3, etc for all chapters beginning
3. this is (book title) by (writer name), narrated by (narrated name) & published by (publisher name)
Disclaimer
. you will receive up to 3 minutes of your audiobook fully edited and pre-master within 2 business days to give you a preview of what to expect from us. Please note that you must approve OUR WORK – before we can continue with the rest of your audiobook and by doing so, you will forfeit your rights to a full refund only a 50% refund or credit.
. please note that all partial or full refund files given back to customers are not to be uploaded or use for profit in no way shape or form. by breaching this agreement, there will be financial consequences.
Refund Policy
when can you get a refund?
1. if you order and pay for a service – and we deliver to you a finished master copy that did not meet the requirements with ACX Standards or Audible, iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, etc. A refund will not be available.
2. if you order and pay for a service – but your project could not be fulfilled because of technical issues. A refund will not be available.
3. if you order and pay for a service – and any reason, you won’t wish to continue with the package, even after receiving the first 3 minutes of our work. please note once you approve us to continue you will no longer be able for a full refund only a 50% refund or credit.
4. if you order and pay for a service – received the first 3 minutes and approve us to go ahead to finish your project but in the end with to back out for any reason – you will receive a 50% refund or credit of the total package.
when you will not be able to a refund?
1. if you approve our 3 minutes sample work that gives us the go-ahead to complete your hold project. we finish and send the final master file which you approve. A refund will not be available.
2. if we send you your finished project then you upload it. refund will not be available. A refund will not be available.
3. if we send you your master file and you didn’t reply within 21 days of completion. We consider it as approval. A refund will not be available.
