. Need to provide a mixed version of your song – WAV or AIFF
. we reprimand at least 24bit 48Khz WAVE or AIFF audio files or higher – Mp3 audio files are not reprimanded.

when can you get a refund?
. if you order and pay for a service – and we deliver to you a finished master file that did not meet the requirements for broadcast Standards such as Audible, iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, etc.
. if you order and pay for a service – but your project could not be fulfilled because of technical issues.
when you will not be able to a refund?
. if we send you your finished project then you upload it refund will not be available.
. if we send you your master file and you didn’t reply within 21 days of completion. We consider it as approval. refund will not be available.
